After a less than flattering mention of Memphis in Forbes Magazine, Memphis Mayor A C Wharton, fired off a wonderful, impassioned "Open Letter to Steve Forbes", eloquently detailing why he considers Memphis "a city of joy", "a city of innovation", and a "city of resilience".
